When training with Chris, you never know what you’re going to get, one day it could be weights, the next cardio. My favourite has to be the boxing, having never done this before I found it to be not only great fun but also a great workout. I’m already looking forward to our next session!
I found Chris’ sessions really good, although the exercises were set out for me to go at my own pace Chris gave me the kick I needed to push myself and get a lot more out of it.
